Current Opportunities
Experienced Painter & Decorator
Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for time-served painters and decorators with at least five years of experience in high-end residential and commercial work. You should be confident in all aspects of preparation, paint application, and wallpaper hanging, with an eye for detail that sets your work apart.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of professional painting and decorating experience
- Experience working in occupied, high-value residential properties
- Competent in specialist finishes including lacquer work and paper hanging
- Strong understanding of surface preparation across all substrates
- CSCS card holder (preferred)
- Professional, courteous, and comfortable working in client-facing environments
Painting & Decorating Apprentice
Full-time, Apprenticeship (2-3 years)
We invest in the next generation of skilled decorators. Our apprenticeship programme combines on-the-job training alongside our experienced teams with formal qualifications through a recognised training provider. You will learn to work to the highest standards from day one.
What We're Looking For
- Genuine interest in painting, decorating, and craftsmanship
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced tradespeople
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for the demands of the role
- No prior experience required — we will teach you everything
- GCSEs in Maths and English (preferred but not essential)
Project Manager
Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking an organised and experienced project manager to oversee multiple painting and decorating projects across central London. You will be the primary client contact, manage scheduling and team allocation, conduct site surveys, and ensure every project is delivered to our exacting standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing painting, decorating, or construction projects
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship building
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality
- Knowledge of paint systems, surface preparation, and decorating best practice
- Full UK driving licence
