Room Size & Ceiling Height
Larger rooms and high ceilings require more paint, more time, and sometimes scaffolding. A standard 3m x 4m room is the baseline for our pricing — double-height receptions or open-plan spaces will be quoted individually.
Surface Condition
Walls that are in poor condition, have multiple layers of old paint, damp damage, or crumbling plaster require significantly more preparation. This is the single biggest factor that can increase costs beyond the base price.
Paint & Material Choice
Premium brands such as Farrow & Ball and Little Greene cost more than standard trade paints, but deliver superior colour depth, coverage, and durability. We are happy to discuss options that balance quality with your budget.
Specialist Finishes
Decorative techniques such as limewash, marmorino, lacquer work, or hand-painted murals require specialist skills and additional time. These are quoted on a bespoke basis following an in-person assessment.

The Room Refresh and Full Room Redecoration prices are per room, based on a standard-sized room (approximately 3m x 4m with standard 2.4m ceiling height). The Apartment and Townhouse packages cover the entire property as described. Every quote is tailored to your specific property.
